Carbohydrates

 

A misconception that most people have are pasta, rice, and bread is the only carbohydrates. Those types of carbohydrates are false sugar and contain gluten. Gluten has inflammatory effects on the whole body, so be careful.  Vegetables and fruits are carbohydrates and they are whole foods. When the individual is combining his/her food, they need to make sure the carbohydrate portion contains the fruits and vegetables. More information is coming…Dr. Robert D. Stein
